The Peninsula Housing Authority (PHA) is accepting SEALED BIDS from qualified contractors to complete drainage, accessibility and lighting improvements at the Wildwood Terrace Apartments located at 934 W. Lauridsen Boulevard in Port Angeles. The purpose of this project is to improve accessibility throughout the site, assist in bringing the site into conformance with the Uniform Accessibility Standards and promote positive drainage away from parking spaces and residential apartments. Proposed improvements include regrading and repaving existing parking lots, installation of an onsite stormwater detention system and associated piping, installation of an accessible route from the existing office building to W. Lauridsen Boulevard, replacing a portion of the existing interior sidewalk to meet accessibility requirements and upgrade the existing site lighting to improve safety and security.
