Peninsula Housing Authority is a special purpose government agency providing long-term rental housing, tenant-based rental subsidies and a homeownership housing program in Clallam and Jefferson Counties. We provide affordable housing opportunities for the following types of households; low-income disabled, low-income elderly and general low-income. We do not provide temporary shelter or emergency housing
We welcome you to review the options available by looking through our website or by contacting our administrative office. The administrative office is open Mondays–Thursdays from 9 am–4 pm and on Fridays from 9 am-noon. The first Friday of each month we are open until 4 pm.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Peninsula Housing Authority (PHA) has drafted its FY2025 Annual Plan. In accordance with
the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development regulations, the public will have 45 days to
review the plan prior to consideration by the agency Board of Commissioners. A Public Hearing
on this matter will be held at 10:00am March 18, 2024, at the PHA Administrative offices
located at 2603 S. Francis Street, Port Angeles, WA. The draft Annual Plan is available for public
review on our website at www.peninsulapha.org or by calling 360-452-7631.

The Peninsula Housing Authority’s (PHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Please check this page periodically for further updates/notices of future openings.
Please note that we have moved to an online only application process using our online portal, Rent Café; we strongly encourage those who want to apply to pre-register in Rent Café. Registering with Rent Café can be completed in a few simple steps and will be the only way to apply for the Section 8 waiting list when it opens. The portal for registration and a tutorial to help in the registration process can be found at the link above or in the right hand sidebar.
