The majority of these affordable units are studio units, with one 1 bedroom unit and one 2 bedroom house on the property.  These units are close to local stores and the local bus line.  Rent is a flat rate, based on the tenant’s income level and utilities are included in the rent.  Coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site.  Pets are allowed  with a $300 pet deposit, of which $100 is non-refundable.  No smoking is allowed in this property.
